For apartments, this place isn't bad at all, especially what you pay for. Although I miss the manager lady that worked here when I moved in (she was really top-notch... actually went out of her way to help you), the management staff is still really helpful (although they aren't as friendly). The maintenance staff has also been replaced, but with better, friendlier people who actually know what they are doing.
Pro's:
Good Location
Differing Apartment Styles to choose from
Nice facilities, very "cutesy" setup.
Con's:
Hard to get in and out of apartment complex during rush hour.
Some apartment are a long walk from parking, making grocery shopping a pain.
A lot of the apartments tend to look into eachother. The bright blue pool is nice to look at during the night, but watching the neighbors across the way destroy the mood.
Noise travels (even echoes in some areas) a LOT. The thin floors and open courtyards allow lovers to be heard by many.
The apartment windows are all facing one direction; restricting adequate airflow through windows.
The ventilations system allows odors to travel throughout the building.
People congregate on their balcony until all hours of the night, and they keep everyone awake.
