With apartments, you should get what you pay for. This is sadly not the case at Cottonwood. The apartments are outdated, the carpet is old and ugly, and ours seemed kind of dirty when we moved in- it's nothing like the model apt. they showed us when we first looked here. There's barely any extra parking, and the pool is closed half the time for mysterious reasons. Police seem to visit here on a regular basis (maybe they should screen tenents better') and neither I nor my roommate feel safe if we have to walk to or from our cars late at night. We're very disappointed in this place. If you're looking for apartments in this area you have tons of options and they HAVE to be better than this place!
