Ugh. Don't even know where to begin. They were too "busy" to even walkthrough the apartment with me (at the beginning or the end), thus leading to me being charged for things that were there to BEGIN with - Even after providing pictures, they still acuse the i performed damage to the apartment. The kitchen is VERY outdated, dishwasher doesn't work, the stove doesn't work most of the time with destroyed coils -- the most inconsiderate neighbors. I swear, hearing the old man that lived above me till 5 AM was horrid. Then, going out to my car - outside of my door there were beer cans EVERYWHERE from the people that lived above me. Which NOTHING was done about. the staff is not very friendly (past the move in) and uncooperative. I was having problems with someone else taking my spare key -- which the management waited 2 weeks to change the locks (AFTER it was broken into of course.)The maintaince i asked for -- NEVER happened. Bathrooms are VERY outdated, with the plastic shower and a shower rod that doesn't even stay. Always paid my rent on time, till one month -- they decided to not do anything with my check -- period. Paid the rent ontime, checked my bank -- nothing was taken out for about a week. Went and talked with the management, said that they put it through and it was an error in my bank. Waited another week, -- still, the check was NOT processed - went and inquired again. So, the LAST day of the month, i get a notice that my check was "nonprocessable" (bank says everything was okay.) and that i had 1 day to get a CASHIERS check for over $800, and the day after that, i would have to now pay "security deposits for my rent" in CASHIERS CHECKS (not money orders..)for $650. All in 2 days. Completely run around in circles. The pool was never open, the Hot Tub doesn't even Work!!! Completely worthless.

If your appliances didn't work, why didn't you let the office know??
