Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
The other people must have been thinking of a different place. I have lived here for 3 years and plan on renewing again. I have lived at many different communites and all of them have their problems but the staff here hass alwyas tried very hard to correct any that come up in my apt of in the community. I would def. recomend Cottonwood to anyone looking to live in north colorado springs.
