Was very interested in this place initially-but after reading the reviews and doing a little bit of research, there's no way i'm going to live here!! I was a little curious about the area and after talking to some people, i've concluded that it really isn't the best. There is nothing worse than signing a contract, moving in somewhere and having all kinds of nasty things happen to you

How can you review a place you've never even stayed at? You are a moron. These reviews are not based on what you "heard or read" but on Experience, which you have none of.
