I have wanted to leave this place since the new management took over in May/ June. I cannot wait until my lease runs out. The manager is horrible and she doesn't know ANYTHING about her property. When asked a question she makes a person feel as if they are inconviencing her. She is unorganized and should have NEVER been hired in the position she is in. She doesn't have any information or care about what happens in this community. Living here for no more than two months in, my cieling leaked three times from the top floor within two weeks. The manager of maintenence said there would be a follow up on my cieling but there never was. I had to follow up with the office, and when I did they had no idea what I was talking about, as if it never happened. Noise comes from all hours of the night. When inquiring about it, all I was told is that there is nothing they could do about it. Yes, noise is something that comes with the appartment living style, but this is crazy. Watch out for parking. There is a space reserved for every apparment home. However, spaces are down the street, around the corner from where a person stays. Safety is no good. The community states they have security on property, but funny, I havent seen them once. I have had times where people are looking through my windows. Yes, I was ignored when I brought that up as well. The grounds are terrible. I have a two year old who cant even play outside without stepping in dog poop. They dont clean up or inspect the grounds at all. Pricing is good, but the saying is true, "you get what you pay for". I don't know what the managers name is but everyone in the community has refered her to the "------------"...other names but that one is most pleasant. I wuuld NEVER recommend this appartment to anyone! Please beware if you are consistering this community.

Well I was looking to move to colorado springs, Co in January, but it is the people who live at Cottonwood Terrace, that would know best, We also have a son, And what we want is a clean place for him to play is inportant as well as a safe place to live. I will have to look more into Cottonwood Terrace now. Thankyou
