They don't clean up the ice and snow. If you make a complaint, they will try to make life tough for you. A neighbor of ours couldn't get maintenance to fix her hot water heater after hours, even though she had a baby. They said it wasn't an emergency.

agree with you completely. Once you are a resident you are no longer a concern for there attention. It is all about getting the money not the customer. They have a lot to learn, this is a business of customer service not living accomadation only, one can get an apartment that is better for the same price or less. This could be a great place to live if management and staff was reorganized.
