owners cut many corners in building apt

The apartments look really nice and they are nice, but there are many hidden disadvantages to living here. For one, each apt building has 1 meter, meaning the monthly bill is divided between the number of occupants. It takes just 1 person taking 30 minute showers or jacking the heat up to 90 degrees to kill your utility bill.
Each pet costs $300 and there is no "pick up after your pet" policy, altho CS does provide doggie bags. I see few pet owners picking up after their pets.
The parking lot is so small that 1 driver often has to stop and let a car pass in the opposite direction. There's very little room for cars to pass each other safely. Many tenants do such a poor job of parking that they waste a second parking spot. Finding parking is a hassle, despite reassurances that there'd be no parking problems.
I've only had 2 maintenance requests which were taken care of pretty quickly.
This complex does have 2 year leases.

I live here, and i have to disagree...I have never had a problem finding parking, and I pay individual gas and electric, so I am only paying for what I use. dont know about you, but I have my utilities directly through cs utilities, and this community is by far the most energy efficient that I have ever lived in!!
