Creekside at Palmer Park

I would NEVER EVER want to live here again!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in with my Husband and 3 year old, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since day one!! The staff was VERY rude and were not helpful, in fact they lost our rent check, and then charged us a late fee after they found it!!!! They gave us the wrong mail key, and took 3 months for them to figure out which was the right one, which made it very difficult to pay bills! Our Fridge and Freezer stopped working, and they have not replaced it. We had to get our dryer fixed once, and our disposel fixed 2 times. Our ceiling leaked water when it rained and the ceiling was starting to rot where water just sat. Our front door also had to get fixed, because unless the dead bolt was locked, the door would open up due to wind. There was throw up on the stairs outside which was VERY embarssing to have people over, and sat for about 6 months and never got cleaned up....I paid WAY WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for what I was getting, and I would advise EVERYONE to NOT live here and that you will not get what you are paying for!!!!
