I have read all the comments here and decided to throw my experience out there. After spending 2 yrs here I have a little feel of the place. Overall I would not recommend to anyone. I recommended several folks who are in the Air Force with me to Creekside. All of them decided against Creekside after being given random Rent quotes per month and random fee's.

I planed on sticking out another yr with them, due to location and lack of better apartments. Main thing that caused me against this was like others said, Poor Maintenance, HORRIBLE Customer Service *I paid rent online because going to the office and dealing with these ace hardware stores was like being stuck in an elevator with a Televangelist* and another big problem is parking. Usually the end of the day for work is nice, you drive home and relax. Thats not the case when you drive home at 4:30 only to find the nearest parking spot 2 football fields away. Oh but if your lucky to score a parking spot your car will get more dings and scruffs then its worth to park near your apt.

The main thing going for the place is the layout and apt is nice. Towel wrack in bathroom is garbage, its made of paper mashie I am convinced.

Watch out for the lawns too, they are covered with terd bombs from the dogs here.

Its your pick to stay here or not, but for me I got too many dings on my car and too little customer service to go along with a hike in rent rate. When you start paying the price of a mortage payment for an apt... something is wrong.
