My husband and I moved to Creekside a week ago. So far we have no issues or problems. We had a few minor fixes needed when we moved in (fan, dryer, fireplace not working right) and all were addressed and fixed within 24 hours. The staff has been very nice and the property itself is kept up to exceptional standards. One person complained about the dog poop around...maintenance goes around and picks it up every morning, however, people who don't pick up after their dog do get fined if caught. If you are worried about it, then live in a pet-free apartment...I have only seen one pile so far off to the side. The parking is a bit cramped and the spots are narrow, however, I have also discovered this to be true at every apartment complex I looked at. We are from New York so the rent here for what you get is well worth the price...we would pay double for a place like this back home. I haven't heard the neighbors through the walls...the traffic noise can be somewhat loud since the complex is on a main road, but I'm getting used to it. The clubhouse is beautiful! All in all, I'm very happy here so far!
