Go with dakota, absolutely hands down, the worst place to live in, I was assured that my house would be ready, it wasn't, Property Manager LIED and said she was headed for a one week "Vacation", in actuality, her parent was dying, she was totally dishonest about the entire lease assuring me the place would be cleaned up, refused to give me back the deposit, was told I would have to wait two weeks PAST what my lease said was the move in date to actually move in. Did absolutely nothing to help me, totally had no idea as th what they were doing. Totally shocked that this place is still in business, and with any luck with all of the new housing being built at Fort Carson, this place will close. There are reputable property managers in Colorado Springs, however, this isn't one of them.
