Pros:
The best thing these apartments have going for them are the size...the singles are enormous! Everything was in great working order. The staff is super friendly and helpful, though you will have trouble sometimes finding them on the premises. Heat and A/C work flawlessly. Excellent new digital ovens and ranges. Ceiling fans! It's nice to have groceries and liquor right across the street.
Cons:
You have to pay for cable whether you want it or not. Noise from neighboring apts. is not usually too big a deal, but if your windows face the swimming pool, be prepared for constant sounds of screaming/spashing during the summer. If your windows face Uintah St., I imagine road noise might be an issue, too. The hallways look like crap but the rooms make up for this. The surrounding neighborhood has a pretty urban feel to it and is nothing special. Lots of families with lots of kids abound. Girlfriend once had unsecured bike stolen out of back of pickup in parking lot so remember to lock things up. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
