Abomination to Any Standard of Living Whatsoever From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Wrote and earlier review... Got final warning for dog barking...had 3 days to get out. Went to turn in key and they were like "what' you didn't have to move out." I guess they don't expect people to actually just leave. I showed them the letter and left. They ended up charging me for breaking the lease and damage for a huge leak that occured upstairs after I left. Total came to about 5,000!!!! WHAT!!!'' The first letter I got stated they had already reported to a collection agency. I have paid it all off since... I am responsible person with a snippy dog which has no problems at my new apt Fillmore Crossing.
