I lived at Eagle Ridge for a year. The building I was in (860) was always kept clean. My corner unit was quiet and private. The view was incredible. Every person on the staff was always friendly, helpful, and whenever I needed maintainance it was taken care of quickly. When I moved out, I felt they should have refunded more of my deposit than they did. I called and talked with the manager, she looked into the situation and refunded the rest of my deposit. One thing I would recommend is that you don't use the extra storage that is available on the main floor. They do keep it locked up, but people do break in and steal. It happened twice while I was there. So if you use it, don't put anything you care about in there. Great, convenient place to live overall.
