I have been living at the complex for almost 4 years now. It is in fact true that there have been cases of theft and vandalism, but I think it is to be expected in complex this large. Each time we were promptly informed about the problem and about recommended steps to take to prevent that from happening again.
I love the amenities (even though one racquetball court has been "temporarily" closed for over a year now) and the location.
Someone has mentioned the shopping cart in hallways - yes, indeed...there are shopping carts to be found in hallways and elevators, but it is not the management who is responsible for those, it is the residents.
The staff has been always friendly and helpful; maintenance has been fast and effective.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet place with easy access to nature and main roads, for effective management and undisturbed living.
