I lived in Eagle RIdge for a year, I hated it.

The halls are disgusting, people leave shopping carts everywhere all the time, the elevator sounds like it is breaking, the trash chutes are always packed with trash and smell bad, the lock on the doors to the building and mailroom don't work properly, the parking is terrible, The walls , floors and ceilings are paper thin, and to top everything else the management lies and tries to steal money from you.

I left this apartment spotless, and when I moved in it hadn't even been professionally cleaned yet because of a mistake they made. I spoke with management in October requesting that my lease be shortened from Dec 19th to Dec 1st. She agreed that could be done and gave a 30 day notice letter before Nov. 1st.

It is now Dec 6th. and I am looking at a bill from Eagle Ridge for $225, they claim I owe them for a carpet cleaning (even though it wasn't clean when I got it) and I owe them for rent through Dec 19th.

This is just the perfect end to the -----hole living that I had to endure for a year of my life.
