Ive lived in this building for many years. Its been bought and sold and remanaged 9 times. We are now managed by Weidner Mngt, Co out of Denver. Weve had the rudest managers that are not allowed to spend any money. If you need something fixed or replaced they always do it CHEAPLY and at their convenience! Even though the rent for a 2 bedroom is $670 a month some of the HUD tenants pay $650 for a 1 bedroom. Plus you have NO CONTROL over the utilities. You must pay ALL utilities through the apartment management company ( electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash ours runs around $100 a month and we are not sure if that includes the common areas of the apartment- like the pool) This is an old building with a very poor cooling system. They have a chiller (not an air conditioner) that shuts down every day to conserve energy,the top 3 floors are unbearably hot. If you want to keep cool you will need to buy 2 air conditioners (one for the living room and one for the bedroom). I'm so sick of this apartment that I guess this is the year I will move out!
