Hello. I do recommend living here! :) I love it here. I have been here five years and am on one of the upper floors. I wished to respond to this rambler speaking earlier. First of all.. you have to pay utilities no matter where you live.. unless it is disclosed before you sign your lease that utilities are included with your rent. So this is not a complaint. Would be interesting for you to move and try to find a place with "free" utilites. Laugh. Secondly.. It is clear that there are not air conditioning units in each individual apartments. Many places in Colorado Springs don't have independant units. This would have also been obvious/ disclosed before this person rented. So to complain about it later.. seems silly. Lastly, I think the management is great. They are very courteous and timely. I don't have any problems with them. They handle maintenance request in a triage fashion which is more emergent first and general request later. Everyone would love to feel like some one jumped when they asked. So again.. just not relistic to think that your request some how was unimportant if it was an emergency... if it was handeled.. then that is great... and defintely nothing to complain about. I am a bit giggling when I read this post here.... so I had to respond I think who ever typed the earlier message is just an unhappy... grippy type and not the one who I would take a recommendation or no recommendation from. :) Sorry. Just being truthful. Maybe they will have moved by the time you move in> :)heehee
Really ... check it out for your self if you are visiting this website. It is really close to Cheyenne Mountain trail system which I go to weekly. Is a good place to live...
