Wow, I thought I would check up on how the ABSOLUTE WORST apartment complex I ever lived in was doing.

We were young, newly married and just starting out in life, and one of our biggest mistakes was living in that Hell Hole. We only endured 1 - 9 mo. lease and moved. What do I remember of El Vicino'

Roaches, Roaches, ROACHES, and yes, the others aren't lying when they say they will crawl on you at night.

I have had my house broken into, and when I would be home alone someone would walk by once or twice a day and hit the dorknob (To check if it was left unlock) all my stuff off my balcony was stolen, my car was broken into, our building set on fire (Arson). Our best friends apartment had items missing out of it while she was gone on vacation, while I only had the key, well me -and let say, the maintenance men (You do the math).

Our Apartment was flooded out twice- once to a neighbors negligence, and the other due to a idiot maintenance man's shoddy repairs. My apartment got very moldy, and until I started having breathing problems from it and the smell (and a threat to go to the health dept) Did they finally let me move into another apartment TEMPORARILY!

On top of all this, We endured other tenants that thought parting all night, assaulting each other, and shooting their guns off at whatever hours in the night, or vandalizing the hallway or your door IF they even thought you happen to be the person that called the cops on that given night, and having to deal with THE worst management EVER, we packed up and ran as fast as we could.

My god, I could go on and on about this place, but...

I just wish there was a ghost to tell me to "...Get....Out" when I first moved in. Consider this your warning!
