I lived in these apartments for about four years, and should have learned my lesson in the first year. I had issues constantly, but the rent was super cheap (for a reason) and they kept offering me super sweet deals to renew. (I was a kid in my first home, and didn't want to pay much for rent) The apartments are dirty, and there are drugs all over, along with the lovely dealers to boot. I can name off two separate times that I saw people waiving guns around, and one time that a criminal was arrested outside with a shotgun in tow. The management changed at least yearly, and the files were never correct. In one instance, I paid a pet deposit the "miraculously disappeared". Honestly, the place is a slum, and there is no reason anyone should pay to live in those conditiotns. Did I mention the mold'''
