I am a pretty sentimental person. No where felt like home since I moved out of mom and dads when I was 18 (I'm 31 now). In February of 2007, I moved into Epernay. The neighbors were wonderful and the amenities here unbelievable. I had a pool and playground right out my back door. Up to this point I had moved once a year to a new Apartment for the lowest price. After 6 mths I felt like this was my home. My son has loved it here. I have only once had a noise complaint and it was taken care of immediately. Maintenance has always helped and they are kind when you see them about. Parking is not too bad either. The management/owners changed this year and at first it was a bad transition with our main pool being shut down and office staff changes. They pulled up the pool but put down sod and now the guys and the kids in our section go out and play baseball. The girls in the office are always friendly. I have been here 2 and a half years and I just signed another 12 month lease!! Until I decide to get a house, I have made Epernay my home. ((Reading the other reviews, I have only seen 1 mouse the entire time I have lived here and the spiders are generally only around this month when the weather starts to cool and they dont ever last long. Much better than other apartments I have lived in.))
