Fountain Springs Apartments

 
If you are a Military Service Member, especially a single parent with young children, DO NOT RENT HERE! This is the worst apartment complex I have ever come across in my entire life! The hours between 2230 (10:30pm) and 0800 (8:00am) are considered "especially quiet hours". So don't set your alarm for 0430, so that you can be up and have your children ready to go by 0530 in order to make it to first formation in the morning, because the neighbors will complain to the office instead of coming to you directly. Also, my stairs were removed so that they could be repainted. Two months later, I asked when they would be finished and was told that it would be done by the end of the week. Two months after that, I was told the same thing. It took a total of seven months for the stairs to be replaced! The reason being, the apartment office hired a contractor who was NOT licensed, and the contractor's employees kept quitting! The women who work in the office, will give you a crocodile smile and be friendly, but have no idea what your name is or which apartment you reside in, even though you've lived here for over a year! Do NOT rent here! It is a waste of your time and money!
