The Property manager @ The Fountain Springs Apts is Lisa Loflin and the FBI should investigate her asap due to her methods of biggotry, anti-semitic statements and her racial views, lisa loflin is a Thug that wears nice clothes but don't be fooled, she is a witch, she has the maitenance crew complete her dirty work for her and she has been making up false charges for over 2 years or more and pocketing the cash and he should go to prison for the harassment that she unleashes ! Lisa Loflin is a Psycho with mental problems and I wish that the corporate office would fire her and hire someone that is more pleasant to deal with and investigate her quickly ! Lisa Loflin acts like she is a powerful mafia type but she is simply a narrow minded ---- !
Don't move to these apartments at 4325 fountain springs grove !
No respect, high rent, notices and harassment via the telephone, the parking situation is horrible, huge rocks get thrown on cars and Lisa Loflin and her maintenance crew act like thugs !

this person is totally crazy. this is completly untrue. This is a very nice place to live. They are just bad mouthing things here cause they must have been kicked out due to non payment or something they did and are trying to get even. Anyone who has a grudge for some reason or another is going to say stupid things like that. This is a very nice place to live. We have assigned parking and they probably didn't follow the rules. And deserved what ever they got. To many park in the handicapped parking that shouldn't or other peoples parking spaces. If the rent isn't paid on time there are fines to be paid or they are kicked out. Some of these people that complain on here like this one don't control their kids and let them run a muck and things get damaged. So if rocks are thrown they have no one else to blame but themsleves. The staff tries very hard to keep every thing here fixed all the time and as quickly as they can. They get rid of the rif raf that cause the problems the best they can. And they help the people who live here all the time. So don't listen to these soar heads who have grudges to bear. I tell you I have lived here almost 3 years and I love it here and find the staff and crew all very nice and helpfull. And the aparments well worth living in.
