	I live here and these reviews are unfounded! This is one of the nicest places to live at. They are kept up very well and anytime anything needs fixing management makes sure maintence is out to take care of it ... more

	If you are thinking of moving here....keep looking... There are better apartments in Co Springs, and I am almost positive the managment would be better. Yes, the staff is nice, but are they any help... NO! We have awful upstairs ... more
