My first apartment was with this complex. Everyone told me this was a bad neighborhood, I never had any problems or heard of any problems, probably because of the fence around the property. I had problems with getting maintenance to get anything done while I was there, but the place was taken over by new management abt 4 mos before I left and they did a much better job of keeping the place up, and were much nicer and more available. The heat worked poorly the whole time I was there.
