staff never returns calls

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Well I have been in the 1 bedroom 1 bath (also known as a studio) I have been trying to renew my lease now for 2 and a half weeks still have yet to receive a phone call back saying that it is ready. Plus I have already called three times in this period. This is not the first time if you need something from the staff and they say that they will call you back you have better luck getting struck by lighting.
You would think that they would want to keep the tenants that they already have. Especially since they can't get any new ones the 2 bedroom beside me has been vacant for 5 months now and alot of them are like that.
Plus the fridge is old have it set on number 2 and it still freezes my milk. The oven is not a normally size oven. I went to Papa Murphys and got a pizza the pizza was to big to fit in my oven.
But overall the apartment is good for the price i think if they get staff in there that cares, isn't rude, and returnes your phone call they would be a lot better.
I am now looking for a new place and go month to month since they dont want to take the time to take two seconds to hit print and print me up a new lease.
