I've lived here for 8 months, and it can be alright, but the carpet is rough and the walls aren't sound proof at all. I'm constantly hearing my neighbors above me have sex, and you can hear tons of conversation from the neighbors around you. Then when summer hit, fruit flies, starting showing up, and you can't leave a plate in the sink for even 2 minutes, or all of a sudden, a million fruit flies show up! It's rediculous! Me and my husband have been fighting them, and maintanance did help a bit, but we can't wait to move, cuz we feel like we're living outside, sometimes. Maintanance is pretty quick to fix anything you have a problem with, and the pools are really nice, but you're also in an area where tons of the city buses stop, so there's a lot of noise, when they come around. Overall, I wouldn't rate this place the worst, but it's definitly not a place I would like to raise a family at.
