This place is NOT worth its cheap price. The maintence crew cannablizes parts from vacant apartments to fix problems in other apartments, so if you move into the wrong apartment you'd get 2nd hand crap that doesn't work. The place was dirty when I moved in and there are COCKROACHES in the buildings. Managment doesn't really seem to care about it either. The area is not the greatest and you can't account for the people that live there... made me wonder what I was doing there. Illegal immigrants, sex offenders and criminals. I knew a few older people that had been living there for around 15 years that finally decided to move out because the place was going downhill. Last week there was a suspect in a stabbing incident that was found hiding out there. I've felt safer in poor neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. I thought I was getting a great deal on this place... instead I got cockroaches... great! And now, after my lease expired and I've moved out they are trying to charge me for the next months rent... AFTER MY LEASE EXPIRED!!!! Absolutly crazy... renters beware!
