Fox Fire apartments is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived at. I lived there for 8 mo's and will never do so again. The management was terrible and they never got anything done. If you have any financial issues/emergencies they are not understanding and will threaten to take you to court. As far as the buildings, each individual complex/apt smells awful, and the stench never goes away. I have a child, and I was not comfortable to keep them there b/c of other tenants. Multiple times I would see people go to used cigarettes in the trays outside and try to re-light them. Everytime I walked into/and out ofthe apt, b/c you do not get an outdoor private entrance, babies were ALWAYS crying. I have seen with my own eyes, drug dealing and drug usuage outside at night. Cops are there are on the regular for whatever reason(s) that may be. I would never recommend this complex or any complex owned by MAXX Prop. to anyone. I know the rent sounds like it would be a good deal, but do not let pictures decieve you, and believe me it's 100% worth it to spend the extra money elsewhere for a safe atmosphere, and a management staff that does their job.
