Expensive, and problems with management.

I lived in Garden Terrace Apartments from April of 2001 to April of 2004, it didn't start out so bad, but in the past year and a half or so things have really gone downhill. The apartment itself is not that bad, in fact it really grew on me quite a bit, but it's just not worth the hassle of everything else to have an apartment that's just
