Noisy and nightmare management

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The apartments themselves are nice, but the management sucks. Missing documents, missing rent payments, maintenance was never done on my apartment such as replacing the air conditioner that failed, replacing the diskwasher, and no attempts were made to reduce my rent during that time. These apartments are right on I-25, and subject to very very noisy traffic.
