The management would usually talk down to you, and ignore your problems. They were open to praise though. I had to make good friends with the head of maintenance before anything got done. They were very rude to me when I gave them my 30 days notice to move out. Utilities were usually over $100/month since some of them were shared and no one believes in conservation. I was told I was getting a new carpet, but the one in my room had pet atains on it. They had an incredible lounge area, but the pool was always overcrowded with 15 or more children supervised by 2 adults. I'm not even sure if they lived there. I really liked the fitness room. Parking was always available, but then again most of the apartments were not occupied. There are a few families of rabbits that live on the property which is fun. Overall, Colorado Springs has a huge abundance of apartments. It shouldn't be very difficult to find one considerably better than this. Always look for kind and courteous management.
