if you like not having heat in winter . . .

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Then move to Garden Terrace!! I've lived there since August 2004 and every winter my heat goes out at least once a month. This past weekend (1/12-1/15/07)it was out for 3 days (oh yeah - one of the maintenance people brought me some space heaters - so I can pay common area utilities which include heat and then pay extra on my electric bill - YAY). This time the leasing agent, Carrie, told me 3 buildings were without heat - was that supposed to make me feel better'
The management is friendly enough, but at this point I wouldn't mind a little less friendliness and MORE HEAT. I'm contacting the owners in an attempt to alleviate the problem, but am not holding out much hope.
