First, be wary of anything called a Common Utility Bill. It's a rip off. Last summer my water bill tripled because they watered every day, multiple times a day. The ground was so wet that when the grass was mowed, the mowers would leave deep gouges in the grass. Some areas were swamps with standing water. A great breeding ground for mosquitos.

Second, the staff, especially the manager is one of the most condescending passive aggressive persons I have had the misfortune of meeting. I over heard her one day talking trash about one of her staff. During the time I lived here, there must have been three replacements to the assistant manager's job. When you ask for something to be fixed, the manager acts as though you are interrupting her day. Most times it took several days to a week for anything to get done. The only office person that seemed interested in giving any help was the weekend person, a guy named Bryan.

They used to give birthday discounts, but sometimes they would miss a month, or two, or three. Friends of mine would get a coupon for their birthday, then other times, nothing. No consistancy.
