I'm residing in this apartments since 1 Year and nothing works perfect. Its a very old apartment.
Rent is 570 Common utility bill for 20 days is around 90 Colorado springs Utility is 30 per month coin laundry $2.50 per load. for this price you can live better in any new apartment.
The management is very worst than any body in the springs. They offer 1 month free rent buy if you want peace of mind don't come in to this apartments.

I lived in this complex for 4 years - moved out in October. I realize the buildings are old (built in the 70s) but my unit was typically without heat for days at a time every winter. Was told the boilers are too old to handle heating such large buildings. I couldn't stand the new management - found them to be VERY unresponsive (what do you expect from a Denver company that manages luxury complexes - what the heck are they doing with Garden Terrace????).

the new owners and the management company (Greystar) are letting the property fall into disrepair. They have no intention of fixing anything that isn't absolutely necessary. This apartment complex is on a downward spiral.
