I lived at Garden Terrace for two years. Never had any major complaints. Maintenance takes care of problems quickly, and management is nice and friendly. The grounds are well kept and clean. Parking is good. There are carports but you have to pay extra. The apartments themselves are roomy, except for the bedroom, it is rather small. The only thing I don't like was paying for the utilities via Great American. Often in the winter they can be over $100 not including electricity. Overall I have enjoyed living here. I can't hear my neighbors through the walls, but my apartment was next to the stairwell and that got noisy.
