Best complex in the Colorado Springs area. I've had no serious problems while living here. There was a short period where they were building additional apartments, but it was not a problem. One recent incident was a recent shooting, but it turns out the person had committed suicide. The staff is always most helpful, a pleasant change from most complexes that I have lived in. Any maintenance concerns I have had have always been addressed in a timely fashion. I wish I had known about this rating service when I was first looking at apartments.
