The apartment complex only offers one cable and internet provider which are extremely over priced. Their provider only offers a package deal; you can not purchase the high speed internet access without subscribing to the cable service.

If you are easily annoyed with having someone living above you, I suggest you move to an upper level floor. Floors above you are very thin and any little noise radiates through to the lower level.
The hot tub and fitness equipment never seem to be in working order.
