(user photo) (user photo) This is an average section of trim when I moved in. Scuff marks. (user photo) The right side is what a worn finish looks like. I asked for a new one but never received it. (user photo) The black dots are actually grime that was included with the apartment.

While slightly expensive, the complex is quite worth it - there are plenty of attractive amenities. There were the occasional car and mailbox break-ins, but I always felt very safe here. Tall ceilings and light colors give the apartments a very spacious feel. Noise was minimal, except for people above me. I'd definitely recommend living here.
