The actual apt was pretty nice, no problems with it. My main complaint has been stated by another reviewer: "The apartment complex only offers one cable and internet provider which are extremely over priced. Their provider only offers a package deal; you can not purchase the high speed internet access without subscribing to the cable service." Completely true. I would add that the provider they use has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They finally admitted to losing my original order for cable a month after I placed it. On top of this, my idiot neighbor had a dog that never stopped barking. I complained to the office about this, but nothing was ever done. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
