I've been renting for over 6 years with no problems, and *never* have I been treated with such distrust and disrespect as my Fiance and I have at Grand Centennial. The office staff at Grand centennial is in a few words, demeaning and incompetant. Here is a list of why you should think long and hard before considering living here:

In the 6 months we have been here, Grand Centennial:
- has misplaced several important packages (without apology).
- failed to accept important deliveries (without apology).
- The walls in the apartment itself are crooked, causing doors not to shut.
- Staff is generally rude and distrustful if you have a suggestion or problem.
- The Cable company they have a contract with (TV Max) is a no-name with 15-20 minute hold times and are also, generally incompetant. Good luck getting any quality service from these people either.
- Sentinel Realty, the management company of Grand Centennial, is useless and will side with the office staff even if a mishap occurs that is quite obviously their fault.
- Posts notices about parking lot occurrences (i.e. sweeping) where your car should be moved only 1 day prior to the event... (we were out of town)
- Does not maintain their excercise equipment (it has been broken for 5 months now)
- Does not maintain their office equipment... their "office-center" consists of a windows 95 connecting over dial-up that has never functioned properly and a printer which does not print. (False advertising, as far as I'm concerned) Not to mention they employ no-one with knowledge on how to fix these items.


We could go on...

I'm not sure what luck others have had and are writing good reviews, because others we've talked to here have had similar experiences to ours.
I strongly, strongly recommend not living here. It's worth a few extra bucks to have people who care about you in the office.

BTW... We are good renters, pay our rent on time, and don't cause trouble. Why did we deserve such poor treatment.
