(user photo) (user photo) This is an average section of trim when I moved in. Scuff marks. (user photo) The right side is what a worn finish looks like. I asked for a new one but never received it. (user photo) The black dots are actually grime that was included with the apartment.

I am not sure why there are negative comments about Grand Centennial. I have lived here for almost one year and have been nothing but happy.
