(user photo) (user photo) This is an average section of trim when I moved in. Scuff marks. (user photo) The right side is what a worn finish looks like. I asked for a new one but never received it. (user photo) The black dots are actually grime that was included with the apartment.

I loved the apartment but we got a thrid floor to have the valted celings and moldings. When we moved in it didnt have the moldings and looked different than the model shown to us. The staff did lie alot but all in all it was ok. Watch out for the high winds in the hall ways though.
