Area:
The view and area is mostly nice here. One side of the complex is along a semi-major road but tends mostly to busiest during rush hour. There is a large nature park with in a mile of the complex. Most of complex is quite at night but as in apartment complex you get the people that are more active.

Staff:
Haven't had any problems with the staff. I was shown a model when looking and then shown the 5 units I was considering to buy at my request. Friendly the times I have added stuff to the lease or been in the office with questions.

Cable/Internet:
TVMax not Adelphia provides Cable. The bill for the high speed Internet comes from TVMax but another company manages it. The company that is managing the high speed Internet isn't any worse that other company I have dealt with. Now than company took over at the end of June so a lot of stuff was messed up during that time. TVMax did not tell me when I ordered my high speed Internet. The cable package I have is comparable in price and quality to what I had before with Adelphia but that does include a lot of channels. The lower package might be worse. /shrug

Apartment: The apartment was clean on move in and the carpet was steam cleaned. They took my list of notes on defects in the apartment and offer to fix them and gave us a copy back for my records. The walls are not bad and the layout is good. I can still hear people walking in the kitchen above me and when someone drops something heavy or jumps (a kid above me) but then again this is an apartment.

You can do much worse than here.
