You know - it's an apartment

I liked the location more than anything else. It's so close to the mountains and Garden of the Gods.
Our apartment was nice, I liked the garden tubs and the big balcony. I did hear the upstairs neighbors kids (I think they did a lot of jumping off furniture) but you know - it was no worse than any other apartment I've lived in. I always figure that just comes with the territory - if you're worried about noise - buy a house!
About the only thing I didn't like was the parking. I felt like rent was high enough and I wasn't about to fork over another $50 for a carport or garage. If you don't have the assigned parking - it can be very difficult to find a spot close to your apartment - especially late at night.
I think the office staff is fine - I never had any complaints with them. I never requested any maintenance when I was there, so I can't tell you about that.
