Horrible Experience!!!!

Grand Centennial apartments look nice from the outside, but make sure you see your new apartment before signing the lease. When I asked to do this, I was told they were not allowed to show the apartment before I signed the lease because it wasnt "ready yet." (Even though I was supposed to move in the NEXT DAY) I had been assured my apartment had NEW carpeting. It turned out to have pet stains and various other stains, which, even after the carpet was cleaned, were still there. The Staff is a nightmare. If you expect them to be friendly and helpful once you sign your lease, you are in for a rude awakening. Anytime I called with a maintainance request or a question, the staff was rude and sounded annoyed to be bothered. The Manager is completely incompitent. My heat was not working. I called the front office to make a maintanance request. The staff said they wouldnt be able to get there for a two days (In the middle of winter.) They said it was fixed, still didn't work. Called again, waited, still not fixed, called again, still wasn't fixed by the time I had moved out a few weeks later. I had to buy a space heater and pay expensive electric heating bills. DO NOT RENT AT GRAND CENTENNIAL!!!!
