I had read over EVERY single one of these reviews and chose to believe the positive since it out weighed the negative (by a whopping 5%, but what can I say I am an opptimist...) Anyway, I can agree about the staff and their attitudes, although unproffessional and dishonest doesn't begin to cover it with these girls. I've had better service from mcdonalds and never spent anything close to the amount that I was almost ready to fork over to Grand Centennial. There seems to be some MAJOR communication issues with them - although they'll pin it on your "inability to grasp concepts". Don't be fooled at there $99 deposite - it only goes up from there and the nice little price sheet showing "the most you could have to pay for your deposite" is as apparently deceptive as the office staff although you won't hear about that til you've already tossed over your $35 app. fee and your "$99" deposite. With several other lovely apartment complexes in colorado springs to choose from I am more than willing to cut my $170 loss and take my business elsewhere if only to avoid the nightmare that I can only imagaine I would've experienced here in the next 6 months. 3 days of "misunderstandings" and bad attitudes is more than enough for me from these people they aren't worth it by any means. Good ridence.

$99 is the best price in town. not only can you not spell, but you didnt move in. You should not be writing reviews for apartments that you never lived in. sure the leasing staff is annoying, but its no reason to bash them on the internet. tough guy.
