(user photo) (user photo) This is an average section of trim when I moved in. Scuff marks. (user photo) The right side is what a worn finish looks like. I asked for a new one but never received it. (user photo) The black dots are actually grime that was included with the apartment.

Not bad, I had a good time living here. The apartment was pretty cool, decent location. Some families, some younger people. Everything was very...decent. Only problems I had were from idiot neighbors (one left his alarm on and went on vacation, one played worked out loudly at 5:30AM), but that's not the apts fault.
