These apartments are okay when you first look at them. The complex is nice but the interior is junk. Nails pop out of the carpet, the paint job is terrible.

Neighbors are loud, smoke pot, and run noisy equipment for hours.

Office people take a long time to help you and are very mean... especially the girl with the big office!

Moved into the apartment and had no hot water for a couple of days. Water valves leak and you pay for water!
